I fell in love with the culture and the people – and have spent much of my life introducing a generation of people around the world to Japan’s pop culture. I love the juxtaposition of old and new, technology and tradition, aesthetic and chaotic, east and west. Japan has so many layers it never gets boring. I have always loved the world’s variety of cultures, but Japan is definitely my second home.”
